Some of you may have noticed that I have switched branding from Evelyn James Photo back to Eli Lindauer Photo, here’s why:
Long story short, the vision we have for the future doesn’t strictly consist of wedding photography, which was our whole focus with Evelyn James Photo, plus Delaney is pouring the majority of her focus into school.

In the midst of all this change, I have been seeking clarity on what kind of work I love to do, and the projects/clients I’d like to attract. I still love photographing weddings, seniors & families, but I’ve been branching into editorial and commercial work.

As my work evolves, I’ve needed something to tangibly cling to. Something with consistency, like light, space and texture. A space where I can invite new artists and creatives, to cultivate new relationships and new art.

From this desire for something tangible, The Studio: Detroit was born. The Studio is a simple & transformable space.
A space to gather. A space to create. A space to empower.
