Matthew + Sydney, Belle Isle Proposal

My brother asked Eli and I if him and Sydney could stay over one weekend, and if we could follow them around on a Saturday with our cameras to document his proposal.

To be invited into moments like these makes life feel realer, more important than I could ever grasp, and also fleeting. It was such a fun time spent with our best friends, and so special to be present and quiet in the sacred moments, watching Matthew get down on his knee and Sydney stand utterly shocked and elated. 

Also, s/o to the Belle Isle Conservatory for being our oasis in the dead of January and for providing such a beautiful setting for special things like this.
